Jonas Brothers bedroom set

We had a lot come in, and a lot go out today! A whirlwind (in a wonderful kind of way). Today, one of the families GracePoint had given a turkey and dinner to for Thanksgiving came with a thank you note and to do some Christmas shopping. Those sweet chocolatey brown eyes of the girl who handed me the note stole my heart. She'd also brought in a bunch of toys she said she was "too old for." While they were there, a large donation came in that included a full Jonas Brothers bed set, chair, and alarm clock. Those brown eyes got so big. I told her to ask her mom if she could have it, and of course she could. Oh, she was so happy. (And her daddy had jumped in to help carry in that big donation.) This sort of job turns a heart inside out.

Christmas @ the Give & Take

We've been collecting gently used toys throughout November to give away in December. We'll be open Fridays and Saturdays 10am-2pm. Hope to see you there!
